Shipping policy

ORDERING PROCESS

Once your order is placed, it usually ships in 5 to 7 days.  We ship via USPS (first class or priority). Shipping within the US, there is a Flat Fee Rate of $6.00.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and rates are determined by the carrier.  If there is a problem with your order or shipping delays, you will be notified within 24 hours via email.  When your order ships, you will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during check out. 

If there are delivery issues caused by USPS after tracking number shows package was "successfully delivered", it is not the responsibility of ZSHIRTZ4U. Those issues must be resolved by the postal service.
